If you just posted whatever marketing material images, video of that product page I wouldn't ask this from you and question about those from the product owner & maybe ask just move it to the 'advertisements' section on this platform.

Let's assume the Sirasa program you mentioned, I think what I said above sentence is exactly what would do. A sponsored program to inform the product to the market. If the product/service is not illegal, they can do a marketing for that. No issue. But if Sirasa claimed that they (Sirasa them selves) guarantee this is a real doctor & this is 100% working,(like what you did on here) then Sirasa has to provide credible sources for that.
