1.Address on your DL same as current address then go to Kandy office and inquire about
2.Addresses are different then it may be correct what they are saying so again you have to go and collect it

Already checked with kandy office and they confirmed that the DL returned to werahera by post and keeping the DL at werahara, is there any possibility to post my DL again unless collecting it from werahera
