Recently I have ordered a used phone from a US seller. According my order details he has shipped it through USPS express mail. But still I didn't receive my item since now it has taken almost 2weeks after the payment. I contacted the seller for several times. But he didnt respond. So. last thursday I opened a case. Even though still no response from the seller. If he didnt response me further also, Will I be able to get my money back? Please comment whether u have such an experience
