dont buy intel mobo cz you will regret later not now.
intel mobos are very stable mobos but not gud for gamin or other geeky stuff cz you can OC ur processor
yee it has P45 chipset but its good only if you oc the processor buy with this mobo you cant oc.
if you want a good P45 chipset mobo i suggest you to get Asus P5Q i think its arnd 17k

if you have more money and planning to buy ram also then i suggest you to buy the foxconn blackops (with so many gadgets) chk newegg site for the gadgets. its arnd 25k
