Go for Elliptical if you're exercising from home. The calorie burn is about the same but the impact on your joints is vastly lower on an elliptical. If you're overweight and trying to lose weight elliptical is the best choice.

not overweight. just want to do cardio exercises.
also I think from Elliptical the impact is on whole body. not only for legs right?
Is Elliptical Trainer effective for belly fat?

By "impact" I meant the amount of stress put on your joints per clarie burnt when exercising

Reducing fat only in a certain place of the body (AKA spot reduction) is a myth. You can't do that. Fat goes away from all the places in the body simultaneously.

Also finding an impact on a specific part of the body from cardio is pointless.

Treadmills are my preference. It's a natural movement. You can adapt it to daily activities also.

    skip both of them
    • Go for a walk whenever you feel lazy or restless.
    • Gradually increase the pace and distance by 500m at a time (e.g., Day 1: 2 km, Day 2: 2.5 km).
    • By the end of the month, you’ll be able to walk 30 km or more in a single day.
    • You can split the total distance throughout the day to fit your schedule.
    • After 15 days, incorporate some cardio exercises into your daily routine.
