if you compare between company size . sysco is fortune 500 over 18 $ billion quarterly profit company , Enactor i don't think they have scale of that.
all depends on your personal choice . if you prefer good package , talk to both company ( interview time give your expectation , who ever willing to hire you will be good choice in term of money )
sysco they don't help with 36% tax , not sure about Enactor .

But i heard that sysco is also stared asking employees to come office. As far as i know, WSO2 has already done that, everyone needs to come to the office now.

enactor pays in GBP. Dont join enactor if you cant handle stress and all. The managment is bit strict
