I am always trying to do things perfectly so some times it become a weakness and currently i am working on it.

3)Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I want to become an expert and be a senior manager in the abc field

I completed my collage education in 2009 and started working as a junior developer in 2009. I'm a father to a beautiful daughter and husband to a wonderful woman.


2)What do you think is your greatest weakness?

Unwillingness to say no and delegate work. I've suffered by this in the past and I'm working towards a solution by changing my soft skills.



3)Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see my self leading my own team and making a grate valuable contribution to the company's growth.

There are so many weaknesses that I have, But I constantly trying to improve those. One is my English. That's why I decided to join this thread. There are other weaknesses too, but that's not need to mention in here.

Everything seems so short and sweet. but thats not whats expected at a job interview.Short but be more informative. Try to tell more about yourself,your traits etc.
