mainly bcz most of the sextapes we see in SL were just shot from mobile 4n cameras and they were never intended to be published !!
so when there pvt video (legal issue of that video is a totally different matter) is spread among the internet they get arrested ? WTF ??

and this move puts not only the unjustifiably called "actors / actress" under spotlight but there families and friends as well !
