T mobile and verising are two major operators in US. S4 specially design it for those two isp separately, those phones also working on 2100MHz and 1900 MHz band and it works for SL. the issue is those phones are have carrier locks. You have to verify if that lock was removed.

bro, are you sure about that? coz mobitel and dialog supports 1800 MHz.
