fallout 3= fallout 4 you should really try fallout 4 fallout series is one of the best and grate game series of all time fallout 4 is a good game but not at the level of the witcher 3 fallout 4 is in the same league as the MGS PP.

and i have playd dark souls 1 and 2 it's a hardcore game dark souls is all about boss battles and difficulty that is it there is nothing else all of the Souls series have the same problem bad controls on PC very bad camera angle and camera control there is no story there is no meaningful side quest there is no interesting NPC s there is no explanation to thing you do there is no proper map UI is all so bad ECT.... do often time it's boring to play it.it's a bit like marmite you love it thete is nothing better and nothing like it but you dislike it you dislike it for ever that's the problem with the sole games because of that they are never likely to win a GOTY in the future.you can even compare witcher 3 with souls game they are world apart souls game is good in one thing boss battles and difficulty but a game like witcher 3 is best in all of the things combat story plot side quest NPC's graphics and proper RPG element. it's a much more complete game don't take me wrong i'm not saying souls games are bad i have played them and enjoy them but it's not everybody's game.

souls series is the hardest game except for arma and Operation Flashpoint maybe it's a brutal experience to play a souls game.

Camera angle and bad PC port is only for Dark Souls 1. Even though it has never troubled me. It's because Bandai Namco just ported the game to PC on request but they said they aren't going to optimize it.
The story of Dark Souls is one of the best out there. The lore is like I've never heard before. But the game doesn't give reveal the story like other games. You've to listen to every bit even some NPC dialogues that you'll think won't matter.. Explore the surroundings.. and last but not least check through forums about the lore & story if you don't properly understand it.

The story is one of the best there is....
No explanation, No Map, the Difficulty.. all those things are what makes it Unique and a 1000 times better than the other bullshit games which gives you everything from the milk bottle to a freakin Nuke and make the game pointless..
There aren't many side quests but the ones in it are brilliant.
In Dark Souls 1 there are three main side quests as I remember.
Sun bro, Onion Knight and that old magician. All of them which has different and brilliant endings..
And if you love it you'll never let it go. A single game can go up to NG+7 of maximum difficulty.
And how do you say that the graphics are bad? The graphics are some of the most excellent ones I've seen according to the year which the games were released. Most of the little things are excellently detailed. Check out the swords and the carvings on it.. Go to a top of a tower and check out the landscape.
In Dark Souls 2 you can check out Drangelic from majula.. It's one of the most beautiful picturesque landscapes I've seen in a game.
How many weapons? How many spells, tools and upgrades?
You can play the game a 100 times in a 100 different ways.

I've played a lot of games. But I've never fallen in love with any other game like Dark Souls. The entire franchise is Mindblowing and beautiful...
Dark Souls 3 will be released next year and it will be one of the greatest games of the year 2016.
But as I said before you can't compare Dark Souls to Witcher. It's unfair. They are different games.
While Dark Souls in the beginning being more of a RPG game (letting you customise your player, class and etc..) Witcher 2 & 3 gives you a much more fuller experience.. (Not the case of Witcher 1)

I love both gaming franchises. But what you've said above about dark souls is not TRUE.
Except that it's not every one's game

mouse sensitivity is horrible i usually use my mouse at 2100 DPS in DS2 if you use that settings it's a nightmare you need a muse sensitivity fix. how ever you looking at it it's a game design for console an of you want to play it you will need a controller.

Dark Souls is pure RPG element. And one of the Best while others can't compete it. It's not about being a fan boy. It's about the brilliance of it. The uniqueness.
After finishing both and playing other games I've been disappointed a lot. Because those games doesn't give you that type of satisfaction.
If you've completed the games and understood the story then you'll know what I mean.
Even for the bosses... there is lore behind it. Did you even finish the game??? there is no point in telling these to a person who gave up playing since the game has some issues.. If you don't enjoy playing it by keyboard, then use a controller. I've used mine for both games and will use for witcher also cause it's really better than playing on keyboard.

Not a lot of Sri Lankan Gamers play Dark Souls. But the ones I know who does play absolutely love it (even the ones who cried saying bad pc port and such when they began)

The Division beta delayed to 2016

The Division was due for a beta test this month. This has unfortunately been pushed, but it’s not all bad news.

Ubisoft has announced that The Division beta will not happen this month as was originally planned. The developer wrote a blog post explaining that testing will now take place in early 2016.On Xbox One, those with pre-orders will have priority access to an Xbox One-only alpha test, taking place this week. This is separate from the guaranteed beta access you get for pre-ordering on any platform. Keys for this week’s alpha testing will be sent out on an as-needed basis.

This test, being a closed alpha, will come with an NDA, and Ubisoft is not allowing players to share details, capture images or videos from the client.
The playable area will include more than what’s been publicly shown at E3 and gamescom, including the Dark Zone PvP areas.​

CD Projekt RED is aiming for a late 2016 launch for Cyberpunk 2077

The Witcher 3 developer CD Projekt RED seems to have ramped up production on Cyberpunk 2077, according to one report.

Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED’s sci-fi RPG that was announced all the way back in 2012, is aiming for a late 2016 release, according to a Gamereactor Germany report.

The report cites an unnamed source at the studio who says the game is currently in development for PC, and that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are “more than likely,” adding that Sony and Microsoft could be trying to secure it as a console exclusive.CD Projekt previously said that Cyberpunk 2077 will be far bigger than The Witcher 3, and that most of the studio has now moved on to work on it.

That being said, the developer also stated numerous times that 2017 is when we’re going to really learn about Cyberpunk 2077. Considering The Witcher 3’s second expansion, Blood and Wine, releases in Q1 2016, a late 2016 of Cuberpunk may not be enough time for CD Projekt to fully develop the title.​

Final Fantasy 6 PC Release Date Revealed

Final Fantasy VI is coming to PC for the first time ever.A listing for the game has appeared on Steam, which promises to release on December 16. The page's description references "painstakingly recreated" graphics.

This, along with the screenshots, hint that this is actually a version of the Final Fantasy VI mobile port from early 2014.This would track with the release of Final Fantasy V on Steam in September, which was also a port of the iOS and Android version. The reveal also follows the first-ever footage of Square Enix's Final Fantasy VII remake.​

And there is no Dark Souls 4 yet. 3 was announced recently. And if there will be a Dark Souls 4 then it'll be after a long time.
Dark Souls 2 was a huge let down for me too. Coming from Original Dark Souls. But the three expansions totally took DSii to a next level. Although not so epic as Dark Souls 1.
There is so much to enjoy about the game. I bet you never knew the dual wielding mechanism in Dark Souls 2. There are superb movesets you can perform when dual wielding certain weapons.The combat in Dark Souls is very unique and highly enjoyable. Both in PvE and PvP. Back Stabbing, Countering and even breaking poise... So many stuff to learn.
