EK has CloudFlare.com service to protectwebsite from threats and to improve performance. When you are from a greylisted IP, you will be given this crap to make sure you are a human. makes sense ?
I think there is an application installed in your computer which sends automated requests to the EK server. to remove it. you can use NetLimiter then search for this IP "141.101.124.237" and find out which application connects to this IP and then find the source (absolute path with the filename.extension) in the next column and remove it.
