    Machn I want to buy two 10 kg dumbbells and two 5 kgs. Anyone who know where to buy or anyone whose selling, really appreciate. Also let me know the prices.

    Machn Pcguru, actually if u want build up muscles protein supplements are necessary. but make sure u r not over weight or over the fat percentage.

    AsTDI110 told u can get the required protein as a beginner by eating more eggs red rice, meat and more milk. Don't eat fat foods.

    If u r using protein supplements u have to do more cardio exercises to get a lean body. Most Gym ppl doesn't have a lean body. what they have a big fat body's like pigs.

    Also get a correct workout schedule from a educated fitness professional.
    Good luck Bro.

    p.s - I recommend whey protein (which I am using) but its bit expensive.
