    Sodium is the problem not home salt.Many snacks got only sodium in it.And many bites.sea salt contains less sodium
    I did a bit of googling, and your claim has some truth. Yes, when buying processed foods, check the sodium content. In such case some sea salt can be much healthier when considering whole sodium content. yes. Thank you for the point.

    we think 1000mg sodium is 1000mg sea salt that's where we go wrong in snacks.max day intake is 2300mg sodium.sea salt can go up to 5000mg.
