Help : External Degrees - BIT or HND?

Just finished my A/Ls for the 2nd time in Bio stream Awaiting results I'm hoping to do some external degree part time while I'm doing my main degree at some local university according to my A/L results starting from the next year July-August

I'm going to do something in computing (software development most probably)

I've already got two choices

BIT


HND
​

So what's the best? and please state why u say so.
And suggest me a good institute too

BTW I saw that BIT is offered from 2 local universities, UOM and UCSC. What's the difference between these two? (according to ESOFT UOM costs 10K more than UCSC )

Need your valuable comments and is there anyone currently following these degrees?

because it is a part time degree. u can do it while working. Lot of institute teaching. u can choose the best Institute.

what about HND?? I hope I'll get selected to medicine next year. mata amaruweida 2ma karaganna?
