    In Windows 7 try this out mister ram.
    type this path on the address bar of the Windows Explorer.
    Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections
    Reach the Networking Tab-> double click on the TCP/IPv4
    In the general tab place these DNS addresses
    8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
    then restart the router and the computer if it's necessary.
