help needed about moving to sri lanka

long time ago i was in sri lanka and i was studying there in APIIT.
for some personal reason i couldnt finish my education and i came back to my country.
now im graduated and im married and i really love sri lanka so i wish i could move there and live there for the rest of my life .
please tell me how can i register a company in sri lanka and live there .
anyway if you have any experiences about it please let me know .
i want someone who can help nt just for now but for future too .
