එක්ස්ටර්නල් හාර්ඩ් ඩිස්ක් එක මැශින් එකේ පිටිපස්සේ පෝර්ට් එකකට කනෙක්ට් කරන්න ඉස්සරහ පෝර්ට් එකකට ගහන්නේ නැතුව.
ඊට පස්සේ මේ සොෆ්ට්වෙයාර් බාලා , රන් කරලා කම්පියුටර් එක මේ සොෆ්ට්වෙයාර් එකෙන් ස්කෑන් කරලා ක්ලීන් කරන්න.

ඊට පස්සේ මැශින් එක රිස්ටාර්ට් කරලා බලන්න ෆයිල්ස් තියනවාද කියලා.
ෆයිල්ස් නැත්තම් හිඩ්න් ෆයිල්ස් වීව් වෙන්න දාලද බලන්න.

Recover files with linux.
sudo dd if=/dev/sdb of=usb_img.img bs=64k conv=noerror,sync status=progress
/dev/sdb should be replaced with external hdd location.
open the image with testdisk and recover all the files.

Or just plug it into linux machine to see if the hdd is recognized.
