thats wrong, thats just the foreign money that SL can use to buy things. Sri Lankas economy worth on books is over 80B dollars and Sri lanka total worth a lot than that. people need to understand difference between these two. Its like like you have a car that fully owned by you, but you have only 1000rupees to buy petrol, maintenance etc. it just not enough. it doesnt mean your worth is 1000rupees. car values more than that.
