Fun Administrator විදියට යනවනම් computer test එකට අමතරව over the phone interview එකක් තියෙනවා. ඒ ටිකට පස්සේ දවසක face-to-face interview එකකුයි medical test එකකුයි තියෙනවා. ඊට අමතරව CRIB එකෙන් report එකක් දෙන්නත් ඕනේ අපි බැංකුවලින් ණය අරගෙන පොලු තියලා නෑ කියලා ඔප්පු කරන්න. කොහොමත් HSBC GSC එකේ interview process එක මාසයක් විතර යන වැඩක්.

And mind you your work shift and dates are depending on the business area you work for. UK,AU,HK,SG, ect... the center functions 24 X 7 and we have close to 2400 employees currently.
