There will be a genaral interview to see how your speak skills are and whether you have a basic idea about the work. If you get selected then there will be another written and computer based test. Based on the score you get from each one the company will decide on where your skills can be matched ( the process and the type of work) but some times you might have to wait for some time depending on the number of people who have got selected, no we do not do any sales at GSC. and its not a " Call Center " per say as we handle various types of work relating to General Banking, Trade, Fund Administration and ect.
