*Use other SIM CARD still some one used to your modem and try with it.
*See it fully unlocked or not(network lock)
*Go to Modem manufacture Site and get drivers.
*IF THIS PROBLEM STILL WITH OTHER SIM OF STILL SOME ONE USE...CAN BE A HARD WARE PROBLEM....
