This is an excellent site which I follow whenever I have spare time.

And there is a book named 'Target Band 7' written by Simone Braverman. It doesn't teach you English, but it'll teach you how to prepare for the exam, especially how to manage the time in all four tests plus much more tips and tricks. Good luck!
