I think it needs 13000 RS and valid only for 2 years.
6.5 means the score ,u need at least 6.0 score for doing a foreign degree
but for journalist degree u need at least 7.0 it's pretty much hard to get
but for foundation course u need 5.0 score in Australia/New Zealand
I don't know about UK but u need similar score ,and it's valid for lot of countries even in USA though they have similar thing which is called TOEFL.
