1. ඉන්දියාවේ යද්දී මෙහෙන් LKR දීලා බැංකුවෙන් INR ගන්න එකද හොඳ, නැත්තං මෙහෙං LKR ටික USD කරන් ගිහිං ඉන්දියාවෙන් USD ටික INR කරගන්න එකද වාසි ?

2. එද්දී INR ඉතුරු උනොත් එහෙං INR ටික USD වලට හරවන් එන්නද, නැත්තං මෙහේ ගෙනත් බැංකුවෙන් INR ටික LKR කරගන්න එකද හොඳ ?

දන්නැත්තන් බම්පියක් හරි දාගෙන යන්ඩ කොල්ලනි ! ලොකු උදව්වක්

If you are carrying USD, don't change at the Indian airport. There are money changers outside who will pay more than 2 INR (above the bank rates) for USD.
In Delhi, Agra and Sri Nagar I got between 2 INR - 3 INR more per USD. Hotels always change at much lower rates.
The ATMs didn't work for me. They don't probably accept overseas cards. Also there's a risk of using ATMs other than from inside a reputed bank.
Even small boutiques you can pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some saree shops buy the USD at a higher rate, and can pay in USD directly.
