It's completely free for BOC Smartgen accounts mcn. Free SMS Alerts also included.

Yeah, we need a system change in this country
If customers are dealing with online account then definitely it will be a relief for them. They should encourage customers to use their online services. I don't why they don't do it and going to earn profit by these services.

Yeah, Yesterday i created an account in People's bank. They don't charge for SMS alerts and online banking. Also it's easy to create an online account. Don't need to fill any applications we can do it online. But their branches are worst. Customer care is ZERO. Even they don't know about their products. I had to wait more than 1hr to open an account. I really disappointed about their staff mcn.
BTW Internet banking app is amazing. All features are available with nice UI.
