Keep it up. Try to encourage all sri lankans to have a Solar panel on top of their roof even at CEB cost. It will at least save day time energy requirement of the country and you can reserve other energy sources for the night demand.

P.S. I have Solar panels on my home, which sufficient more than 4 times of our home consumption.

good app. it has some useful features and worked as intended in the couple of times I've made complaints using it.
but there's always room for improvement. I think the design should be more streamlined. The main screen is underutilized imo. could've added more info to it.

It's good to see gov institutes adopting these things to make life easier for the consumers.

අනික ceb එකට බනිනවට කැමති නැති අය හිතාගන්න, ප්‍රශ්නය ඔබේ නොවන තුරු පිළිතුර දාර්ශනිකයි කියල.
හැබැයි රටේ බහුතරයකට ඕකුං 2010 ඉඳන් විදුලි ප්‍රශ්න වැඩි කරා මිසක් අඩු කරේ නැහැ.

ආයතනයේ වැරදි ගොඩක් තියාගෙන මිනිස්සුන්ට ඇඟිල්ල දික්කරගෙන ඉඳපන්.

එකෙන්ම..... ස්ථාවර ගාස්තුවම දැන් 480/= ගන්නවනේ.....!!

I believe 5 is great and 1 is dissapointed. I gave 5 because this is a great app. You just need to complain, they come and fix, then give a call and check whether everything works. After this App, never called hot line for complains

when it comes to technology, I think CEB does a great job
I have used this for almost 7-8 months and it always worked great.
I used to pay bills through this and never had a problem.
Also, love the complaint feature. Works really well and it keeps you updated with the status of the fault. It always helped me every time theres a fault and fixed within an hour.

Lovely work guys, keep up the good work.
I have recommended a few of my friends too.
