there is no such difficulty machan. I joined with a big four firm when I was an undergraduate (final year). Only basic requirement is a degree related to IT to start as a fresher.
But if you are planning to join with some experience System Administration, Network Administration, DBA these fields are like the same.

there are professional qualification exams like CISA, CRISK and CISSP, ITIL, ISO 27001, Offensive Security.
