කප්රුක service එක 500% ක් විශ්වාසයි. කිසි බයක් නැතුව කරන්න. උඹට මොකක් හරි ප්‍රශ්නයක් උනොත් ඔඩරේ දීලා මට PM එකක් දාන්න.

Kapruka-Bad-Service!

Kapruka Wishwasa karanna epa! Mama nam recommend karanne naha! issara hondai, hariyata genath dunna, dan nam anthimai! Very bad customer service!

My wife, who is currently abroad, has sent me a cake for my birthday, which was on Monday 06 th. It is a large cake for the whole staff (over 100) of my office in Kandy.
I asked the cake to be delivered to my office in Kandy on 08th, as I was on leave on Monday, and Tuesday was a holiday. Today, Thursday 09 February, I was informed by my father-in law in Katunayake that a huge cake and a small cake were delivered to their place!
My wife had ordered another cake to Katunayake address for another person. Kapruka guys seem to have mixed up the addresses and delivered both cakes to Katunayake address. May be they wanted to save transport and dumped both cakes at one address!
Now The big cake is going to be wasted, with the money we paid!
At least I expect a genuine apology for their messing up my birthday present! Still no sign of an apology!

Kapruka-Bad customer service!

Hi,
Need a little help from you guys...have you guys ever used Kapruka to send gifts to sri lanka? If so, I just wanted to know how the service was like?
If anyone can give me any opinions on their service, it would help me immensely

Kapruka used to be ok in the past. But now their customer service is really bad. I had a bad experience!

There is no one to deliver a huge cake from Katunayaka to Kandy for free. I am not going to hire a vehicle all the way from Kandy to collect a cake!

මටත් එපා උන මුන්ගෙService එක... ඔකේ ඔක්කොම ඉන්නේ පට්ටම පට්ට බොරු කාරයෝ ටිකක්.. Tab එකක් ඕඩර් කරලා මාස තුනක් ගිහිනුත් ආවේ නෑ.. ඊටපස්සේ 20පාරකටත් වඩා කෝල් කරලා Refund එක ගත්ත.. එකටත් තව මාසයක් ගියා... මුන්ට කියනන් දේවල් නැති උනාම අන්තිමේදී Phone Answer කරන්නෙත් නෑ.. මුන්ගේන්නම් මොනවත් ගන්න එපා.. නිකන් අමාරුවේ වැටෙන්න වෙනව...

ඕන තරම් සාක්ති තියනවා මේ Thread එක මුල ඉඳල අගට බැලුවොත්..

they should be banned from the consumer rights for not fulfilling orders, I have ordered from there global shop so many items not 1 ITEM was delivered to me, masa 1 marak mage salli tiyagena refund dennada kiala ahanawa.. mata refund one nam mama order karanawada.. nikan mage salli walin interest aran, mama 221,000 kata badu aran tibba global shop eken mokakwath hariata awe nehe!!!
