Completely agree with u,one of my frnd orderd sm stuff for valentine, n she got thm in the eve at=rund 6, which was almost worthless, n they dsnt evn answer their phns smtimes

fake people i sent flowers to colombo which they said free delivery in their website. But when i purchased they charged for delivery too. When i mailed no reply too..

This is not the first time it has happened. Kapruka is one failed company in SL. Do not ever use them. very unprofessional & fertile. Some immature jackasses are working there & never get a payment processed or a delivery done on time.!!!

even i sent this parcel to my gf on valentines day. i emailed them to make sure it is deliverd on time. the best part is i got a reply fromtheir Uk office buggers saying. my delivery will be done as i wanted on time. but they never did. whe icalled the at 10 Am they said delivery guys are ob the way. i caled at 12PM 1PM 2PM 3PM at last even at 5PM delivey guys are on the way. fuking bullshit.. blooody asses they are.. i sent them an email stating all these. but they never replied for the complains. they i asked this customercare buggers to tell thier manager to call me back. but tey never did.. They dint deilver my parce also.. finally i dont have the goods and money both.. DONT EVER ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS BLOODY SITE.. shiity company
