Why is this lion in the cage?

Lions are wild animals. If train them also not sure they will attack any humans any time. Even they attack who feeding them.
If you wants to keep them out you should release them in to jungle like wanni.
If release them in the public area like Colombo definitely they will attack humans.

So Lions always should keep in the cage or release them to jungle.
