You're proving my point exactly..of courze any soldier deserves a vote than mahinda may it be SF,Janaka perera or a disabled captain in the army...Cos they were one's who gave their life & limb to this country..and not any politicians who come begging for votes every 5 years..

But the SLFP seems to think that they owned the army & the war & think slodiers can only appear for elections from SLFP.

remember it was the SLFP in the begining who started putting forward army men as candidates at every PC election held till now..So why blame the other parties for doing so??

SLFP does't own the army,haamuduruwo's or the country just cos they use the name of the country in the name of their party..

Who SF or any soldier definitely deserves to appear for any election more than MR or any one who only sell the war to beg for votes

Even i was planningto vote for mahinda assuming Ranil was gonna be the other candidate..but now since SF is appearing,I'm gonna vote for the better candidate...

I know plenty of ppl who had changed their mind to vote for SF after initially planning to vote for MR..This is the current trend in the country which i dnt think will change in the near future

mahinda did a dumb thing by calling for eletions earlier
