mama kalekin dakapu hondama nirmanayak... samajaye godak nirmana karuwan atha patha nogana paththak vyangarthayen oba visin kaviyata nagala thiyenawa....siyallanma kiyawa pasasiya yuthu nirmanayak lesai ma meya dakinne...

onna okai ape ada dawase karya barya viya yuththe....samaja kramaye weradi... visamatha thamange niramanayanta prasthutha karagena janathawa dakina deyata wada in obbata giya yamak ohunata denna puluwan nam... mallige samaja wagakeema malli itu kala kiyala hitha pura sathutu wenna puluwan... mema nirmanaya eyata kadima nidasunak..

mallita digu gamanakata hada piri suba pathum.....

not so fitting i know..but when i wrote this poem this is the kind of image i had in my mind.. a kid look at rain drops

as oblivion shone in millions of lights
heaven is just another dream of the night
sparkling eyes which laid on my eternal bride
swift the world off my shoulders and slide..

through the shadows of her silvery light
souls of the dark have let the heaven strike
smile rain smile, your shine is yet fragile
burn bright while falling down sun-alike

shiny rain shiny rain you are born to die
like an angel who is falling from the sky
have you not the gifts of his eternal shrine
don’t you fade yet though you bade last goodbye

tiny rain tiny rain you are so little in the sky
like a singing raven you fly passing me by
who swings his wings never looking down to wonder why
the earth is black on where all sons of the bride die

weak heart weak heart don’t you ever cry
his bleak dart has stricken you tonight
past us and her the shiny rain must fly
look at the sky, her smile and star light

O sleep you must invade my weeping night
then forever people who are stuck in the flight
could come into my mind and i think they might
thus in her bosom i await the children of light
