He made a good point when asked abt SL's decision to tour Pakistan amidst the security threats..
"When we had these kind of problems in 1996, India and Pakistan toured Colombo to ensure to the rest of the world that SL is a safe place to visit..."
"So we had to help Pakistan out when they were going through a tough time. That's the friendship and the gratitude between the two countries"
