Im wondering why sinhalu careful with MSG aka Ajinomoto but they consume foods that contain extremely dangerous contents.

people talking about coke and drink some beverages with yellow coloring
people talking about margarine and use same coconut oil many times

I think these noodles manufactured in Sri lanka, so government authorities can check is it true. I don't say any instant foods are safe.

MSG, undoubtedly is one of the many dangerous chemicals that directly bear on our central nervous system (brain) so that's ok to be careful to consume products that are free from MSG, according to what I read many beverages (including Coke) are with Aspartame, and that's too bad to our health, a few years back in that respect was a rumor around us claiming that margarine is sprayed with a Fe (Iron) coating, I don't know whether that is true or false though.
