this band is a disgrace to entire rock scene.
I've no problem with the music they make, but they didn't do anything remarkable in the rock scene other than making it look bad.
they are like the twilight in the music field, a disgrace to entire vampire film genre, but still preteens love it.

Maybe that's their whole point, widening the fading rock loving crowd. I don't like Twilight either, but teen girls started reading books because of it.

Hm, I know what you mean, Rock always been revolutionary and ground breaking, LP doesn't come for those standards (their latest album sounded like a techno influenced pop record). But then again they got heaps of fans to entertain.

I think their problem is to maintain not being too mainstream nor too alternative, but they fail obviously. Maybe their record label is pushing them to be more commercialize. (Did you heard/listened Evanescence's new record? it sounded mainstream too) Maybe one day they'll be like Avril Lavigne.
