the only way to do this to monitor ALL messages. That's a direct violation of privacy and is illegal. The only legal way is to get a court order for an investigation.and even then, for an individual. They cant do this for the whole damn country.

i think government is abusing the huge praise and blessing ending the war has brought upon them.... they are merely blocking out end results instead of working on it's source . when that girl took her own life, if they had banned tie from school uniform that wouldn't have surprised me at this rate they are going ...
