There is no AI. Nothing alike that

A degree in CS or math is not required as this is 2021 not 2005. In 2005, it's a field of PHds where you need Maths to do a good work.

Keras, Tensorflow experience is what most companies looking for. For DA's, you need SQL experience.

many things are wrong here. ML is a subset of AI. AGI is another field of study.

Of course maths is important to have a good understanding of AI or ML. Without a mathematical background, it is hard to have a good understanding of what’s happening. A very strong maths background is needed if you want to do ML research.
