No. You can't hang a rapist under the law in our country, unless you change the law.

In the United States, all European countries, in fact, in all countries other than Islamic states, the offence of rape is not punished with death under their law.

Anyway if a person is continuously committing unbearable crimes eg: Child rape, rape, Killings, Drug trafficking, etc. They should be eliminated but surely there are better ways than stoning or hanging them by cranes coz we are civilized than them.
