This seems to be an Spyware. You get a lot like these stuff if you allow to install some apps while surfing. Try to have a spyware and antivirus protection. Kaspersky is somewhat good.
Try google and find how to remove this. I found the following, but nor sure whether they r working

Ahh owmai. Tika kaalekata kalin ahapu question 1k needa? mama wediya mee site ekata enne nethi hinda kawdda demme kiyala beluwe ne. This thread was in the top when I logged in. Thought of helping the guy, cos these kind of spy stuff r normal now. Btw elakiri site seems very helpful to everyone. Although I joined long ago, i did not actively reply to any.
