    Mama godak kettuei. Gym eke dail eka nam kiyanne eggs kanna kiyala. Hariyata meal plan ekak dunne ne.

    Ube weight height fat level danaganne nathuwa kiyanna amarui bn..but dawasata aduma meal 4kwath kaapan..udeta 1 whole egge with 2 whites.....chicken breast with vegetables ,,,raata 1 cup rice with Fish and vegetables....gym yana dawasata almonds poddak wage extra kaapan..uba kettu nan calory intake eka wadi kalaata awlk nah..sweet potato wage boil karala kaapan awlk nah
