Yes, even I was planning to buy a deluxe bt changed my mind to save some money, like $50 that time, coz both the models are likely the same

advantages over P5QE
1. 16 phase power (doesn't effect much on overclocking according to reviews, n 8 phase power is more than enough to overclock ma quad to around 4 GHz which is almost the max with water cooling.)

2. Express Gate SSD (normal express gate on HDD also does the same job )

according to the compare there are only 10 USBs with Deluxe and there are 12 with P5Qe which is an advantage over deluxe (bt i only have 6 usb devices to plug )

So I could save some $$s for the same performance I want.
