yep most of heroes here all can do is giving minus reps with filthy comments.They might think giving minus reps in a public forum can hurt someone else. But my dear you can show them the path but you can't make them to follow the path. as you don't like to see the Buddhism is insulted they too don't like to see that their religions are insulted. Specially just before one of the best days of their whole year.

well, i am not a buddhist. but as a religion buddhism is the best for a person. still i don't believe that 7 lotuses sprang under the infant buddha's feet, or a snake gave him shelter under its hood etc., as they are myths.
there's nothing that hurts me regarding any religion because i am a pure atheist. but i prefer buddhism over all other religions. weak minds need a religion, and it better be a non-violent one.

as i have heard, it was a huge cobra that gave him shelter for a week. and when he was born, lotus flowers sprang from the ground under his feet as he took the first 7 steps. i've read at many places.
all these are myths fabricated by the too pious followers many years after his death i think.

Really? So we can commit any sin, and he will forgive? Great news!!! So let me ask you...according to your religion why did God punish Adam and Eve for merely eating an apple? Why didn't he forgive them?

He had given them endless life. After they ate from the banished tree they disobeyed the one order God gave them. God banished them from the sanctuary Garden of Eden. God could have killed them but he didn't. He told them that they would populate this earth without eternal life.

Later, Jesus was born he is one with the almighty, he died for our sin and FORGAVE us, and made us acceptable for the Lord and returned to us eternal life and sited at the right hand of the Lord for the judgement as to weather we would enter heaven or not in our eternal life! So one might be in hell.

Jesus also established the Roman Catholic Church and gave the authority of it to St. Peter who is proceeded by Popes. Jesus also gave the Church power known as the "Keys to heaven" so what ever built on earth will be built in heaven. Who ever saved on earth, will be saved in heaven etc.

So if forgiveness never solves problems, one should take revenge, (or punish or avenge whatever the way you name it)? right? so Where's this forgiveness there? Please tell me in simple language, if there is forgiveness, why punish, and if there is punishment why say God forgives?
And my dear, please tell me who would chose hell? If you say "those who don't follow the law of god will go to hell" that means that god has decided that such people should go to hell, not the victim,right?

And yes, to know ice you have to "see and touch ice" not to "believe" in it, right? I cant believe in ice and keep water on the table and wait till it freezes
