if they want to, they can come with a warrant as well as the police and seize the PCs. It has been done before.

Best thing is to go for licenses. If you have branded PCs, you can buy a bunch of OEM licenses and be done with it for a relatively low amount.

Since we are now good with USA, we have to expect more than that. Definitely USA going to pressure to Sri Lankan government to enforce those laws

This has nothing to do with USA - SL govt ties, which havent been improved all that much anyway.
