I recently upgrade my PC with following shops to avoid fuckin' black market prices from Nanotek, Gamestreet etc. Try contacting G-Tech express, Novatek and PC route. I use all of the above shops to buy individual parts which saved me around 10000LKR.

amd ryzen doesn't suport ddr5. afaik intel 11th gen also don't. only 12th gen support both ddr4&5. which also depend on mobo.

And DDR5 cost is too high at least for now (almost 2x than the ddr4) and all Z690 boards are overpriced too. I don't think going for a ddr5 system with Z690 is pointless since you are building a mid range system. Also note that ddr5 not yet ready for its full potential, will take at least 1 year to get optimal perfomance out of ddr5.
