I contacted the Highland Stores and they told me that they are issuing milk powders to Agents only. They have know idea where those agents are going to deliver which means this online thing is not functioning anymore. As per that gentleman these agents are also not delivering to their respective areas, but they just get a pass from a random police station and provide their service to that route only.

So dont have high hopes regarding for your orders!
