Mobile phones - online purchase and delivery in sri lanka

Hi,

I need to send a mobile phone to my home in Colombo. I'm currently in UK. How can i buy and send a phone to Colombo? Is there any secure way where i can send it from UK or should i buy one online and ask them to deliver to my colombo address? If so, can you please recommend me such a place?
