machan dont buy normal small fan HD cooler. HD cooler ekak hadaganna. Loku fan ekak dala. mama kaden gatha cooler eka galawala hadapu ekak dala thiyenne. It much much better than normal coler ( but I dont know about HD bay cooler. )

I don't have the bucks, but I can get them if I really needed to. But it's not the point. A high-end HSF would do more than enough a job.

And I don't know why he needs a HDD cooler. Hitachi drives don't run hot.

Hard drive coolers are an important but oft-overlooked component in a properly built system. Hard drive coolers are great for any always-on/server computers as well as any computer which experiences a lot of hard drive usage.

But people who use them only have one hard drive :D :D :D

If you have 3 or 4 hard drives, then the surrounding air will get warm and this is when you need a hard disk cooler (more precisely a fan sucking in cool air from outside, at the front of the case)

Also, if you have a 10,000RPM drive, maybe it's better to go for a hard disk cooler, but not compulsory, because if you look at the Western Digital Raptor 150GB, it doesn't get as warm as some of the 7200RPM drive.
