I'm Colombo BIT.
but this is the truth. i conform this. Because I have/had working/worked with them.

UoM ENTC degree is very demanded. They are very easy to ramp up.
Very quickly they are learning. I know this from experience. I even ramped them up to projects.
Companies love their fast learning curve.

But a one thing what the fuck ENTC degree holder is doing with software ? Why don't they go for layout engineering, VLSI design, Analog design like field ?
Why they need to stay in SL with us?


But if you are CMB CS/IT degree holder,, that doesn't mean it's end of your life.
No this is computer science. This is not medicine ( if you are a nurse you will be a lifetime nurse).
Do your masters and become a mid career researcher. But till you jump into mid career your life will be very low salary.
It's the reality.

These idiots don't understand how companies hire workers in the international market. They think international companies care about their campus status lol. Companies look for smart people who can do their work going beyond paper qualifications. I am sure most of these idiots will easily fail their IT job interview if companies practically test them on sight.

සුපිරි උන් අවරුදු 1-2යි ලංකාවේ ඉන්නේ මගේ experience එකට අනුව.
උන් 1ස්ට් ජොබ් එකේ experience හදා ගෙන වාෂ්ප වෙන්ව.
පඩිය personal දෙයක්, එක කව්රුවත් අහන එක වරදක.
පඩිය ගැන estimate එකක් ගන්න හොදම දේ ගෙදර සහ car එක.
ලක්ෂ 8ක් වත් පඩියක් නැතුව CHR එකක ලෙසින් ගෙවන්න බැහැ නේ.

MoU cse වල ඉර්ර්ශා කාරයෝ නැතුව නෙමයි. උන් ඒ MoU වල අපතොයෝ set එක , ඕනෑම තැනක අපතයෝ තමයි ලංකාවේ බින්න බහින්නේ. මම දන්නා ඔක්කොම වැඩ කාරයෝ වාෂ්ප උනා ලංකාවේ අවරුදු 1යි වැඩිම උන් ඉන්නේ.
MoU CSE කීවම ඕන තරම් opportunity.
ඒ වගේම කාලකන්නියෙක් වෙන්නත් ඕනේ තරම් opportunity තියනව.ELCB එකට යන උන් අනිවා කාලකනියෙක් වෙනවා.
SE වලත් එහම තමයි. ඔය අපත කාලකන්නි සෙට් එක තමයි CMB වලින් හරි SLITT වලින් අපු එකෙකුට වත් වැඩක් කරන්න දෙන්නේ නැත්තේ. උන් එක්ක පොත දා ගෙන හිටපන්. පඩිය personal , උන් එක්ක කතාවට යන්නේ නැතුව තමන්ගේ වැඩ කර ගන MSC complete කරල් තමන්න්ගේ path එකේ පලයන්. Mid career එකේදී උබටත් ඔය කියන salary ගන්න පුළුවන්.

MoU කිවම ramp up කරන්න ලේසියි කියල තමයි පිළිගනිම.
මමත් එක පිලිගන්නවා #1ම. මොකද උන්ව ramp up කරලා තියන නිසා දන්නවා.
ඉතින් එක පාර ලොකු salary එකකට යන්න පුළුවන් ඒ reputation එක නිසා....
එක සාදාරනයි බන්.

ගොඩක් දුරට MoU උන් වැඩ කාරයෝ, අව්රුද්දු 1යි වැඩිපුරම ලංකාවේ ඉන්නේ වාෂ්ප වෙන්ව.
බින්න බැහැල ඉන්න සෙට් එකෙක් ඉන්නවා,, උන් නම් ගොඩක් දුරට MoU වල අපත set එක.
