I dont know if this is the good place for talking about our warranty. Anyway i have seen that ppl talked about our warranty service who has never purchased anything form us. Thats the sad thing .

We have issued 100% new products for warranty claims if the problem is with the products and within the warranty period.

Onther other hand if you go for EVGA, XFX or Sapphire... card i dont think that you need warranty. We have NEVER got such brand for warranty claiming yet.

Anyway i like to mentioned that, we are da ppl how introduced imporing high end parts from USA. but now we see that most of the ppl and companies follow that. Actually thats really a good thing. Still i can remember how much i over paid to have a good card when i was in SL.
