    I don't really care about all these supplements. If i ever do it will be to sell them than take them. Same with gyms. If you are at the peak of your human life from age of 16-35 you should not waste time at gyms trying to build muscles rather you should try to build a business that could generate passive income later on. When you talk about time allocation for gyms you should account the time you spend to get ready, to drive to gym and to come back in and then get back to your normal routine. wasted accumulated time of that for years would out do the extra years of life or months you extend your life . But remember you extended life is in eldery age while you wasted your prime age. Not that im against health and fitness but just maintaining health with minimum waste of time is the way forward as per my knowledge but then again when i look at anura kumara , tilvin silva and laight kanuwe vjitha , i must say I firmly agree with gym sessions... :D :D :yes: :yes: ;) ;) :yes: :yes: :D:D
